Customer service specialists wanted! These positions are responsible for welcoming visitors, facilitating admission to the Garden, processing event tickets, and answering inquiries about the Garden’s mission, exhibits, events and programs. Good cash handling and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively needed. Available weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
These positions are responsible for assisting guests with rental items, including audio tour materials, wheelchairs, electric scooters, and strollers. Each also acts as Garden concierge, answering questions, giving directions, and providing maps and information about the greater Phoenix area. Excellent communication skills and spirit of cooperation a must. Available weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Providing visitors with a friendly greeting and ticket checking are the primary duties of these positions. Greeters also provide directions and program information, and assist with pedestrian traffic flow. Strong interpersonal skills are a must for these outdoor positions. Available weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
These positions take phone orders for Garden events and process them for will call. Good organizational skills and the ability to effectively convey information needed.
Friendly, energetic & dependable sales associates wanted! Duties include cashiering, merchandising and assisting customers in a retail environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and computer register experience a must. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Friendly, energetic and dependable sales associates wanted! Knowledge of desert plants is essential for these positions. Duties include cashiering, merchandising and assisting customers in a retail environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and computer register experience a must. Responsibilities include overseeing the on-site membership sales program at the Garden’s admissions area, promoting and selling memberships to on-site visitors, greeting Garden members/visitors, answering questions, processing transactions and performing data entry. Proactive sales and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, supervisory experience, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a courteous and enthusiastic approach needed. Must be able to work weekends.
Great opportunity! Responsibilities include promoting and selling memberships to on-site visitors, answering questions, facilitating traffic flow, distributing promotional literature, and managing the membership kiosk. Proactive sales and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a courteous and enthusiastic approach needed. Wednesday-Sunday schedule; 4-7 hours/day; 24-28 hrs/wk. Evening work may be required during special events.
Answering calls to assist members in making reservations/buying event tickets is the primary focus of this position. Additional responsibilities include processing membership renewals, preparing mailings and performing data entry. Excellent customer service and communication skills, strong computer and 10-key skills, and a courteous and enthusiastic approach needed.
These positions will monitor and protect the Chihuly exhibition installations throughout Garden trails and galleries. 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts, week day & weekends available.
Responsible for the care and cleanliness of facilities and public areas, these positions are vital to providing guests with a positive exhibit experience, and to preserving the integrity of Garden assets and equipment. Various shifts available.
